How to book a course
From the catalogue to the course in your account.
Pick a course in the catalogue
Open the Courses section and choose a programme. There are two kinds: individual courses — one-to-one lessons at times that suit you — and group courses — a cohort with a shared schedule that we place you into by your level.
You book the course → a teacher is assigned to you → you schedule lessons yourself whenever it suits you.
You book the course → you attend a short live evaluation and, if you like, take the online test → we place you in a group and the schedule appears in your account.
Choose a package and a teacher
A package is a number of lessons and the period you have to use them in. On an individual course there is a teacher selector next to the package: it defaults to “Pick a teacher for me”, which means we choose one for you. Group courses have no selector — the teacher belongs to the cohort.
Pay for your order
On the left you fill in your contact details — they go into the order; on your first purchase there is also a short survey about your level and preferred times. On the right is the order summary: course, package, teacher and the total. That is also where you enter a promo code and choose a payment method.
The course appears in your account
Once the payment is confirmed, the course appears in your account and the lessons land on your balance. The first step of the “Getting started” block turns green:
